Six Weeks Old Today

1 Month Check-Up

Today Clara had her 1 month check-up. She is growing great. At 22.25 inches and 10 lb, 12.25 oz, she is in the 90% on both height and weight.

We've been working hard to establish a bedtime routine. We take a nice walk around the neighborhood after dinner, followed by some playtime, a bath, then a bedtime snack and story. She usually gets me up 3-4 times during the night for feeds. Although she doesn't sleep through the night yet, she is staying in her crib except for the quick feeds in the glider. I think the whole family is benefitting from having a routine.
